trueys

When the party ends but the drugs haven't worn off, you get 'trueys'. This collaborative track (featuring khovy and Sa1) captures the specific, hazy atmosphere of the afterparty. It is a song about being dangerously high, dressed immaculately, and completely incapable of leaving the couch. It’s the scenecore aesthetic slowed down to a crawl.

Meaning

The song is a snapshot of chemical paralysis. The narrator is 'pe MD' (on MDMA) but instead of dancing, he is glued to the sofa ('pe canapea'). The reference to having '10hp' (10 health points, video game slang) highlights how close to physical collapse they are. Yet, despite being on the verge of passing out, they are 'La 4 ace' (dressed impeccably, likely in True Religion jeans/'trueys'), maintaining the flex even in a state of total incapacitation.

Lyrical Read

'Sunt pe MD, pe canapea / Cu 10hp, rulez una / La 4 ace, cu Sa1 dau turn-up.' The juxtaposition of 'turn-up' (partying) with sitting on a couch at 10HP is brilliant. It exposes the reality of the trap lifestyle: a lot of the 'turn-up' is actually just sitting in a dark room, incredibly high, trying not to pass out. 'Stau ca un rege, că știu că mă vrea' shows that even in this pathetic physical state, the ego remains completely intact.

Structure & Efficacy

The atmosphere is incredibly thick and authentic. The listener can almost smell the smoke and feel the exhaustion. The use of gaming terminology ('10hp') instantly connects the drug use to a digital, extremely online generation. It works because it doesn't glorify the high as an energetic thrill; it portrays it as a heavy, luxurious burden.

Signature

This is traian and his circle perfectly capturing the specific 'pluggnb/underground' vibe: a mixture of high fashion (True Religion), heavy drug use, and an overwhelming sense of lethargy. They make exhaustion sound like a flex.

Final

Dressed for the runway, but trapped on the couch.
